After the trial
Floors, desks, QR codes, booking rules and invited users stay exactly as they are when you activate. When your trial ends, your workspace is paused, not deleted. Subscribe any time to continue where you left off, or ask us to delete your data.

No. There's one paid plan, billed per user per month. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with full access, and no credit card is required.
Everything: floor-plan booking, QR check-in, automatic no-show release, the booking policy, reports, single sign-on, and the Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar and Outlook integrations.
When your trial ends, your workspace is paused, not deleted. Subscribe any time to continue where you left off, or ask us to delete your data.
We bill for each user account in your workspace, including people you've invited who haven't signed in yet. If the number goes up during a billing period, we bill the highest count reached. Remove accounts you no longer need before your next billing date.
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, adds VAT or sales tax where required and issues the invoice.
Yes. Every workspace gets 5 AI Detect Layout runs to turn floor-plan images into draft layouts. More runs are available as add-on packs in the app. The floor editor itself has no limits.
Meeting room booking, multiple booking policies per workspace and SCIM user provisioning aren't available yet.
Yes. There's no contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
