How long does setup take?
You can do it yourself during the trial: map a floor, set your rules, print the desk QR codes and invite your team.
How does check-in work?
Each desk has a QR code that people scan when they arrive. You can also turn on a location check at check-in. Desks without a check-in are released automatically.
Can we see reports during the trial?
Yes. The trial includes every feature, including booking and no-show reports.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You only add payment details if you decide to keep DeskHybrid after the trial.
