Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and account-related details. We also collect limited usage data required to provide desk booking, hybrid office management, and related operational features.

Location Data

DeskHybrid may collect precise location data during QR-based check-in to verify office presence and prevent misuse of the check-in feature. Location data is collected only at the time of check-in and is not used for background tracking.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We collect limited app usage data and crash diagnostics to improve application stability, performance, and user experience. This may include app interactions, feature usage, and error reports. Analytics and crash data are processed using Google Firebase services.

Payments

Payment information is processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized. Certain operational records (such as booking history or audit logs) may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, with access strictly restricted.

Account and Data Deletion
